Hello,
The BIOS you gave me works fine and solved the main issue. But the server does not save time & date, and lets be clear: there is no hardware problem. I replaced the "RTC" battery with a brand new one and checked the "CMOS" circuit. But whenever I change the time & date of the server from the BIOS and boot to the windows; the time & date goes back to 1998( Notes that I did not unplug the server's power cable!). So what to do in this case?
Is there any problem with the bin file?
Or is it in the IC( it is winbond)?
Can you guide me to the solution please?

I already told you: no hardware issue whatsoever, and the sever loses time and date even when it is plugged to the power cable, so id we assume that the RTC battery is not connected properly, the server should not lose its time & date because the cable is plugged and the server did not lose power. Notice that this problem did not exist before I program the BIOS IC with the bin file you gave me. I believe there is no hardware issue at hand, and wish if you can help me further,
