can i request for disabled on-board RAM

the laptop display is good but if the laptop turn-off, the display is unable. need to re-connect the CMOS Batt
and the display goes on

i already send the orig bios bin file since i request for bios bin file madam

But you said the original BIOS has no display! So I can't disable onboard ram.

the bios bin file that you send is good, first after i'll flashed the bios bin file the display is good but after i'll shut down
for final assemble and turn-on the laptop won't display. i thought it's the same so i decided to write back the orig bios bin.
it's also the same the problem, once it's on and restart the display is okay.
