Unlock Bios Password BIOS with a supervisor password

Hi,
The attachment includes a BIOS file with a password. Is it possible to remove the password?
I re-flashed the BIOS chipset with a good working file but takes a long time to boot which comes from different me-region. But these two files have the same me-region versions while still booting delay is there.
I really appreciate if you help me out on this one.
